We make a simple commitment to all Citroën owners - whether you bought your vehicle from us or not, we will maintain your vehicle to the highest quality standard by using the best possible people, equipment, and parts.

Our Servicing Committment to you, whichever location you visit:
- We will arrange a specific appointment time with you so that we are able to discuss your requirements with you.
- We will carry out a visual inspection of your vehicle and we will invite you to accompany us whilst this inspection is carried out.
- We will prepare a quotation of work for you.
- Should your vehicle require additional work or requires more time in our workshop, we will contact you in advance and let you know.
- A quality check of works undertaken will be carried out prior to handing the vehicle over to you.
- We will ensure that we explain the works carried out on your vehicle and provide you with a breakdown of the final invoice.

Fleet Servicing

The Citroën Fleet Service Menu Pricing programme has been designed to ensure fleet customers receive a consistently high level of service and to give complete price transparency.
Fleet Service Menu Pricing includes:
Following completion of the work, a Citroën Quality Check Certificate will be issued to all customers. This provides you with an assurance that every vehicle has been thoroughly inspected for the quality of the repair and gives you advice on any future work required. This will allow you to budget for future work, make a booking at a suitable time and be reassured that un-necessary work will not be carried out. It will also inform you when both your next service and MOT test are due.
If your fleet includes Hyundai or Skoda vehicles we will be pleased to offer special terms according to your fleet size.
Fleet Service Menu Pricing includes:
- Fixed regional labour rates
- Parts prices at Recommended Retail Price less 10%
- Fixed oil prices
- Prices given for common maintenance jobs (e.g. front brake pads & discs)
- A commitment to quote all inclusive prices
- No labour charge for fitting wiper blades & exterior light bulbs (except on xenon)
- No additional charges (e.g. brake cleaner, oil flush etc.)
- Fleet Menu Pricing is fully integrated into the Epyx 1Link system
- Over 220 Citroën Authorised Repairers across the U.K. are part of the Fleet Menu Pricing programme
- Repair Order and Quality Check Certificate
